Only a month after their clash in The Spanish League Barcelona and Real Madrid collide again... Twice in the matter of one week. There has not been any better football show in the world in the past couple of years apart from the World Cup in South Africa! 

The two Spanish grands played 6 times last year and during the new 2012 they will meet at least 4 times. Two of those games are coming up in the next few days... One thing is certain we will never get tired of watching a match between the Two Spanish Giants! The battle is always guaranteed and the beauty of football... a bit too much for all the addicts! This time the challenge is La Copa del Rey, it is the quarter final stage scheduled in two legs - so much better for the viewers - lucky all of us!!!

We will be bringing the authentic spirit of the matches accompanied with the commentary in original language!!! And we will probably be the only bar in Rome to do that!!!

The first appointment was on Wednesday, January 18th 2012   - Real Madrid failed at home again, for a third consecutive time... The second leg is only a week later - Wednesday, January 25th at Camp Nou, starting at 22:00 Central European Time. After another dominant performance from The Catalans it is really hard to think that Real has any chances to advance. But there is still quite a bit of intrigue left in the game and with a bit of luck Mourinho and company could squeeze a positive result.

We are expecting to see the usual thriller that Barca and Real create when they play against each other! We have been getting packed pretty much every time when there is a game between those two! And just to give you an idea - though we have 7 screens in 4 different rooms - a couple of times we merely couldn't fit more and had to reject some of the overflow of the guests... That just means that RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! Not only to secure your comfort but to guarantee yourselves the access to Highlander during the match! Bookings will be only considered until 9:30 pm on either one of the appointments!

Remember, we have the tastiest pub food in town and you can count on some good burgers, pizza, hot dogs,  salads... (it's all on the menu) ... non mentioning the best brands of draught beer you can come upon in The Eternal City!!!

Sólo un mes después de su enfrentamiento en la Liga Española, el Barcelona y el Real Madrid se enfrentarán de nuevo... Dos veces en una misma semana. En los últimos dos años, no ha habido en el mundo ningún espectáculo de fútbol mejor, aparte de la Copa del Mundo de Sudáfrica!
Los dos Grandes españoles jugaron 6 veces el año pasado y durante el nuevo 2012 se encontrarán, por lo menos, 4 veces. Dos de esos encuentros tendrán lugar en los próximos días... Y está claro, nunca nos cansaremos de ver un partido entre los dos Gigantes españoles! La batalla y la belleza del fútbol están siempre garantizadas... un poco demasiado para todos los adictos! Esta vez el desafío es la Copa del Rey, que es la etapa de cuartos de final programada en dos etapas - mucho mejor para los espectadores – qué suerte tenemos!
En Highlander, os traemos el auténtico espíritu de los partidos acompañados de los comentarios en el idioma original! Probablemente sea el único pub de Roma que os lo pueda ofrecer!
La primera cita es el Miércoles, 18 de enero de 2012, a partir de las 22:00 hora de Europa Central, el Real Madrid acogerá el Barça en el Bernabeu ... La segunda etapa es sólo una semana más tarde , el Miércoles, 25 de enero, en el Camp Nou, de nuevo a partir de las 22:00.

Estamos ansiosos por ver la película de suspense habitual que el Barça y el Real Madrid crean cuando juegan uno contra el otro! El Highlander se llena prácticamente todos los momentos en que hay un partido entre los dos! Y sólo para darte una idea - aunque tenemos 7 pantallas en cuatro diferentes habitaciones - un par de veces simplemente no ha habido espacio para más gente y hemos tenido que rechazar a algunos invitados… Eso sólo significa una cosa: Se recomienda Reservar! No sólo para asegurar vuestra comodidad, sino para garantizar el acceso a Highlander durante el partido! Se podrá reservar hasta las 21:30 en cada una de las citas!

Y recuerda, tenemos los alimentos de pub más sabrosos de la ciudad y podrás contar con buenas hamburguesas, pizzas, perritos calientes, ensaladas...(Todo está en el menú) ... Sin mencionar las mejores marcas de cerveza de barril que puedan llegar a la Ciudad Eterna!
